Working principle
When the CS series high-efficiency spring cone crusher is in operation, it is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt, a large pulley, a transmission shaft, a small bevel gear, and a large bevel gear to rotate the eccentric sleeve. The main shaft rotates and swings under the pressure of the eccentric sleeve, causing the crushing wall to sometimes approach and sometimes move away from the rolling bowl wall. As a result, the material is continuously crushed by impact, compression, and bending in the annular crushing chamber composed of a fixed cone and a moving cone. After multiple squeezes, impacts, and bends, the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged through the lower part.
